Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group are working with a reputable company based in Fareham, Hampshire, to help them recruit an Accounts and Admin Assistant on a permanent basis.
What will the role involve:
Assist with credit control – chasing payments;
Raising sales invoices;
Input supplier invoices and supplier statement reconciliations;
Answering incoming phones calls and dealing with customer enquiries, either in person or by passing to appropriate colleague;
Manage all out- going calls to suppliers;
Support with general sales administration (50% of the role).
Suitable candidate:
Prior experience working within a finance and admin department;
Good attention to detail;
Strong communication skills.
