Job Description
Our client, a highly regarded employer of choice with a progressive and people-focused culture, is looking to source a credible and confident Finance Manager to join its talented team. Reporting to a Head of Finance, this role will play a pivotal part in providing best in class finance support and analysis to the business. Highly flexible work environment also, with just c 1 day a week in the office.

* Monitoring financial health, highlighting any concerns to senior management and working on action plans for improvements to mitigate risks
* Owning sales reporting, providing analytical review on performance vs forecast with planning team
* Working with billing team, monitoring collections performance
* Tracking acquisitions and sales
* Leading accounting for agreements including amortization and deferred fees
* Demonstrating in-depth understanding of balance sheet to manage risks and opportunity forecasting and reporting
* Month end and quarterly accounting responsibilities and reporting
* Ad hoc project support

Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Strong accounting foundation with experience in business partnering with a range of stakeholders
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong adaptability to a fast-moving environment
* Critical thinker with ability to interpret financial and non-financial information and commercial impact
* Proactive approach to problem solving
* Strong Excel skills
