Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is currently working exclusively with a UK non-profit management organisation in Southampton, to support them on the recruitment of a Finance Manager. 

The Finance Manager will have responsibility of leading and developing a small team, acting as the key point of contact to the board of Directors. This is a hands on and all-rounded role, well suited to an accounting professional who thrives in SME environments.

What will the role involve? 

Preparation of financial accounts and assisting with audit preparation;
Preparation of management accounts, cashflow forecasts, bids/tenders;
Responsibility for financial controls, review of balance sheet reconciliations, preparation of budgets;
Responsibility for overseeing the processing of financial transactions;
Ad hoc data analysis and reporting;
Supporting with monthly payroll.
Suitable candidate:

Qualified accountant or QBE;
Previous experience working for a small to medium sized business, with the ability to get stuck in with duties outside of the day-to-day specification.
