Job Description
A high-growth player in the construction sector which is going from strength to strength, this is an opportunity for a talented Finance Manager to play a key role in this ongoing success story.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Regional MD, your role will include responsibility for the month end process, performance/KPI analysis and reporting, leading the budget/forecasting/planning processes, and you'll also be heavily involved in their implementation of a new ERP system from a finance perspective.
You'll act as business partner to the local senior management team to challenge and drive contract performance and you'll work closely with finance colleagues at all levels within the Group function.
The Person
This is a broad and key, senior role which will require a combination of a technical foundation and commercial acumen, together with strong interpersonal ability. With the implementation and high growth in the background you'll need a robust character and a natural apititude for problem solving and process creation and improvements.
You'll need be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or QBE, with experience of a contract accounting environment – ideally in the construction sector. Exposure to an ERP implementation would also be very useful.

Salary to £60k + car/£6k allowance + bonus
