Job Description
Randstad Accountancy and Finance are exclusively looking for a Finance Manager to join a company based in Barry. The role would suit either Accountants/Managements looking to move into a Finance Manager or experienced Finance Managers/Controllers. They offer three days a week working from home so would suit candidates further afield and they also offer 30 days holiday plus bank holidays per year! As the Finance Manager you will:
Advise the board on financial implications of current and planned activities.
Maintain proper financial management of the organisation including day to day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by the Trustee Board
Ensure that all financial reporting obligations for funding, grant aid, contracts and any other initiatives are met
Prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the governing body in conjunction with the Chief Executive, treasurer and/or auditors
Prepare, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports and forecast future performance based on planned activities
Oversee the organisation's payroll processesRandstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
