Opportunity:

We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. The role is based in Spalding. Whilst there is weekly and monthly reporting responsibility this role offers the opportunity to work with the business to drive performance.

Attributes required:

Working towards or achieved ACA/ACCA/CIMA or be qualified by experience. AAT as a minimum.
A minimum of 3 years' experience of management/financial accounting
Strong Excel skills with the ability to us functions (pivot tables, lookups etc)
Ability to proactively identify and implement process improvements

Key Responsibilities:

Presenting and explaining financial performance to senior managers
Advising operational managers on financial and KPI performance
Owning the accounting for designated profit centres and balance sheet codes
Working with management to produce annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
Completing financials for weekly Flash and month end
Preparing and posting journals and balance sheet reconciliations
Preparing detailed explanation of performance compared to budget/forecast
Proactively identifying and delivering best practice processes improvements
