Finance Business Partner
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join our client based in Windsor.
The successful Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:
Conducting detailed financial analysis, modelling and preparing project documentation
Supporting the Head of Finance with management information and projects
Preparing documents to communicate findings of analysis and modelling you have conducted, to non-finance staff
Helping with improving the finance education journey for non-finance staff
Supporting the Management Accounts process (Budgets, Forecasts, Business Plans, analysis, reconciliations)
Being an enthusiastic, authentic ambassador for the company
The Finance Business Partner will have:
Experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar role
Financial accounting or analysis qualification
Good analysis, presentation, and communication skills
Excellent MS skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work proactively within a hybrid working environment
