Job Description
Radar Recruitment are exclusively working with an exciting FMCG business based near Maidstone, supporting them in their search for a new Finance Business Partner. Reporting into a Senior Finance Business Partner and the Finance Director, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for analysing all sources of relevant information to provide support to the Sales and Operations teams in understanding the key drivers, enabling them to be tracked vs targets and challenging them to help support the business in achieving its objectives.

Responsibilities:
* A true Business Partner to key Managers across the business including Supply Chain and Operations
* Reporting on financial performance, identifying trends and modelling data
* Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports to senior management
* Analysing variances and exploring potential problems with budget holders and proposing solutions
* Assisting with month end reporting tasks
* Working in a small but highly regarded team
* Autonomy to be creative and really challenge the status quo
Profile:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), QBE and Part-Qualified all to be considered
* Prior experience in a Finance Analyst or Finance Business Partnering role
* Ability to autonomously draw conclusions and translate these across multiple departments
* Experience working within the FMCG industry desirable, but not essential
* Capable with Excel and experience of working with large data sets
* Experience prioritising tasks within a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using an array of finance systems and IT software
