Finance Business Partner – 9 month FTC Job in Crawley, West Sussex

Job Description
LHH are currently working with a well known organisation based in Crawley to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a fixed term contract for a period of six – nine months. This business puts real emphasis on its people and this role will lead from the front in terms of inspiring, coaching and developing a small team of Analysts.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for two divisions within the organisation with a joint annual budget of just over £200m. You will be directly involved in driving the business forward and overseeing and managing the production of the monthly performance reports.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead on the company's finance and accounting strategy to optimise financial performance.
Manage a team of 3 Analysts
Budgeting and forecasting
Improve efficiencies and drive continuous improvement in the financial and operational performance
Provide clear, concise and relevant management information to enable the Senior Management Team to make informed decisions.Key skills / experience:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Finance business partnering experience
Proven background in driving EBITDA
Ideally some people management experience
Excellent communication skills
Able to work within a complex and large scale operationThis role is being recruited on a fixed term contract basis and although the company offer hybrid working there could be some travel to other UK sites occasionally
