What? Finance Business Analyst

Where? Crawley / Hybrid Working

How much? £40,000 – £44,000 pa

My client is looking for a Finance Business Analyst to join his team reporting directly into the Global FP & A Lead. You must have advanced excel skills, be commercially aware and enjoy manipulating large amounts of data.

Responsibilities:

Be the CRM champion for the CAS Sector
Define the CRM business requirements as directed by the Senior Manager S&M FP&A to capture and manage the pipeline of opportunities to meet CAS Orders & Revenue targets
Leverage Segment CRM team to code the fields required in CRM
Accountable to the Sales team to ensure all pipeline opportunities are captured and defined to support the Source of Truth reporting process
Own all the CAS S&M Source of Truth reports to provide Orders and Revenue forecast accurately in line with agreed timelines
Proactively identify issues in Orders and Revenue forecast and work with respective teams to resolve them in a timely manner
Provide training and coaching to the CAS sales team to ensure correct fields are used in a consistent way
Represent CAS in projects relating to the CRM enhancements initiated by Segment
Accountable for production of Segment reports as requested and required
Perform revenue and yield analysis of opportunities as required to support the business planning process
Perform market analysis (OEM Index) methodologies to support the SGP processProven Qualifications:

A strong finance background in financial planning & analysis.
Bachelor degree preferred
Knowledge of CRM systems
Commercially driven and energized professional who operates with a sense of urgency and bias for action
Credibility to manage relationships with senior stakeholders
Ability to handle complexity, experience of building new reporting from scratch
Strong attention to detail, inquisitive and good organizational skills
Confident demeanor and professional delivery at all times
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a dynamic and integrated team
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions
Business qualification or been in a role that has required high levels of numeracy
Advanced Excel skills are essential and competence in analyzing large volumes of data from different sources
