Job Description
Job Title: Finance Assistant

Location: Sheffield

Pay Rate: £12.50/£14.00 p/h

Temporary – Immediate Start

Aspion are currently recruiting on behalf of a Charity based organisation based in Sheffield who are looking to increase head count in their department by appointing a temporary Finance Officer role who can start immediately.

The main duties in the role will be to support invoice processing and payments on Access with the main focus on invoice processing onto Access software.

Duties

* Invoicing and reconciliation in a timely manner
* Ensure all income and expenditure is managed
* Manage monthly quarterly and annual accounting tasks to ensure accurate Financial Management Reporting.
* Sales invoicing, VAT related allocations, & HMRC claims.
* Responsible for journals £ drawdowns
* Responsible for aged debtor review and credit control.

This is a full time role role and requires 37.50 hours per week can be flexible across the week but would need to work on a Wednesday.
