Job Description
My Client is a rapidly expanding company based in the Fulwood area. Offering health services across the whole of the UK based from their head office in Preston.
Exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the accounts team as a finance assistant, this a temporary role with real potential to progress to a perm role.
Role Responsibilities:
Purchase ledger
– Raising purchase orders
– Verifying pricing to standard purchase price lists
– Monitoring and managing Accounts email correspondence.
– Supplier statement reconciliations
– Matching supplier invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders and uploading to SharePoint
– Processing high volumes of supplier invoices into SAGE
– Dealing with suppliers and internal queries
Sale ledger
– Assisting the team with Sales invoice calculations and preparation
– Daily Aged Debtors updating – posting cash received from customers
Expenses management
– Processing staff expenses claims
Salary for this role is £19k – £23k depending on experience
