Job Description
Sellick Partnership have been engaged to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a 12 month Fixed Term basis. The role requires onsite working 5 days per week, and the client is based in South Manchester.
Day to day duties of the Finance Assistant role include:
Use financial systems to record transactions and process charges, i.e. payments for fees
Assisting in the production of reports for the senior leadership team (mainly debtors reports for review).
Maintaining various excel spreadsheets for debtors management.
Monitor and take appropriate action in relation to debtors. Initially they will work under instructions, have accounts allocated and plan of action specified
Monitor if payments are being made in a timely manner, prompting for payments, occasionally taking card payments over the phone.
Deal with queries relating to debtors accounts, over the phone and email.
Support colleagues in the team to complete all relevant finance tasks.
Management of the cashless system Please apply online if you have experience of working on the above duties. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working within a similar role.
