Job Description
We are supporting a world leading organisation on a Temporary to Permanent Finance Assistant role to support their Finance department. This role requires somebody who is proactive, methodical and self-motivated.
* Maintaining supplier accounts
* Processing supplier invoices
* Preparing and organising payment runs
* Raising and issuing invoices
* Processing petty cash
* Dealing with queries in a timely manner
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Assisting with annual audits and budgets
You will also be a confident user of all Microsoft Packages mainly excel, experience working with an ERP system along with the strong ability to form relationships with internal and external customers.
