Job Description
Sellick Partnership are currently assisting a rapidly expanding, dynamic organisation in their search for a Finance Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a driven and proactive individual to join a growing business, with the exposure to reporting into a larger Group function. Following a recent period of development, our client is looking for a bright, hard-working individual to join the team, and develop within the business.

The overall purpose of this Finance Analyst role is to partner the non-financial stakeholders, providing analysis to the commercial and trading teams to aid strategic decision making.
Key responsibilities:
Assist with the automation of reporting, to ensure it is standardised and functionable for non-financial users, aligning with key performance indicators
Work within the wholesale trading function to develop financial KPI reporting and MI
Business partner with wholesale team, providing commercial insight around pricing to optimise sales and profitability
Oversee budgeting process for key business area and provide budgeting support to the wider finance team
Deliver sound commercial and financial analysis to the wider commercial and finance teams to support strategic business decision making
Deliver clear and concise presentations around analysis and performance to senior management stakeholders across the businessThe ideal Finance Analyst:
The successful candidate will be a part qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter, and be able to build relationships across a business. Previous experience of providing commercial analysis to non-financial stakeholders is essential, and a background with FMCG, wholesale or distribution would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be analytical, a strong communicator, and have the ability to influence decisions through a collaborative approach.
