Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for a full time Finance Administrator to join a very successful, well established company in Poynton The team are lovely and offer excellent training opportunities.
Ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable and able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team. Immediate start available for the right candidate!
Salary is £23,000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience
Role will report to the Financial Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Checking finance paperwork – such as contact lists, manual and electronic filing systems
Credit control including chasing debtors
Basic administrative tasks
Processing paperwork
Inputting data onto software including staff expenses, council documents etc
Produce monthly management information to managers
Liaise with clients for invoices and maintain good communication Key Skills required
Basic finance administration experience
Excellent working knowledge of with MS Office, particularly Excel
Can do attitude with great team work to meet targets
Excellent attention to detail
