Job Description
My client is a successful nationwide business who have grown year or year. They are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to join their Payroll team on a permanent basis to start ASAP.
They will consider candidates from any type of processing background (Administrator, customer services, data entry etc) to join this team but ideally someone who is looking for a career within Finance as there will be multiple opportunities within the wider business for someone looking to progress their career in this area. The successful candidate will be joining a high energy business with a great culture.
This role is office based.
Duties:
* Resolve any payroll queries
* Processing of starters, leavers and change in terms to the payroll
* Admin and payment of statutory leave, childcare, pension etc
* Calculate, input and check payroll adjustments
* Review summaries pay reporting and reconcile monthly payroll
* Adhoc administrative duties
Person Spec:
* Strong administration or customer service experience
* Good computer skills including basic excel skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Can do attitude
