Job Description
We are working with a national IFA firm to find an Executive Assistant to provide support to a group director. This role will be based out of the Bristol office, but will also include home working and national travel. A key focus of this role will be project coordination. Alongside basic PA work, calendar organisation, basic minutes and booking travel etc.
Responsibilities
* Proactively assisting the assigned Director in all day-to-day activities
* Plan workload and arrange all meetings, ensuring meeting material is available.
* Diary and inbox management, organising travel, processing expense claims and managing holiday requests.
* Collection and collation of reports.
* Production of meetings and reporting schedule.
* Ensure that all management meeting actions are recorded, actions followed up and updates provided.
* To undertake projects as and when required, to support the needs of the business.
* Coordinating and planning business meetings and events.
* Provide ad hoc support to other directors including with facilities management.

* Good understanding of MS Office Applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Previous EA experience
* Experience of working at Senior Director Level
* Experience operational working
* Experience of project coordination
