Starting Salary;

£28k to £30k depending on experience + bonus and benefits package.

Starting OTE £40,000 – £45,000 with a salary progression scheme in place for top performers to rise quickly. Opportunity to progress through salary bandings up-to 4 times a year!

You also have the opportunity to earn up to a further £5500 across a 6-month period which equates to another £11,000 a year!

Shifts;

37.5 hours per week-

Monday to Thursday- 9am till 5:30pm or 1 later shift of 11:30am till 8pm

Friday- 9am till 5pm

1 Saturday in 4 – 9am till 5pm however, you will get a day off in the week

Location;

Positions can be fully remote or can work on site at their Head Office in Leeds. Hybrid working between home and the office is also available.

Skills & Experience

This opportunity can be based either in the offices in Leeds, hybrid or in the comfort of your own home. It is based over the phone talking to customers.

​You must be CeMAP qualified and have experience in a target driven role within the field of regulated financial services.

*CeRER is desirable, if successful at interview you must pass this before starting within their internal Academy training.*

Essential

* A minimum of 6 months’ experience as an adviser within the field of regulated financial services

* The ability to work on individual initiative whilst fitting in to a vibrant and enthusiastic team environment

* Evidence of sustained performance and compliant practice

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* The ability to manage time efficiently

* A caring and empathetic approach to working with customers
