Job Description
An opportunity for an experienced Tax Compliance Manager to join a global name in business consultancy, trusts and funds, with a focus on Direct Tax compliance

The role will be providing advanced corporate tax compliance services to a portfolio of clients to include preparation and review of direct tax computations and ad hoc advisory projects working across multiple sectors, including Technology, Property/Real Estate, and Private Equity in various corporate, GP and LP structures.

You will Work closely with the Tax Director and other team members to provide the service, while managing your own portfolio of clients.

The scope of the role includes sharing responsibility for management of direct reports in the service delivery team. This includes the delivery and sign out of compliance services on the full range of applicable Direct Tax matters to clients.

You will be responsible for the identification of potential tax projects requiring technical Direct Tax advice and refer them to the Tax Advisory team where appropriate. Proactively identify Direct Tax service offerings and opportunities

Day to day, the duties include the preparation of detailed tax computations and returns for single companies and Groups of companies using Alphatax software. Tax accounting and the review of tax provisions and tax computations prepared by the global service centre.

Ideally your background will be in managing your own portfolio of tax compliance clients of varying sizes and across different sectors preferably with property and FS experience. Experience of international tax exposure and willing to learn and take on new challenges is also required
