Deputy Payroll Manager – Bristol/Remote- £44K to £50K

We have secured an exciting new Deputy Payroll Manager vacancy which will offer the successful applicant significant exposure to large-scale management, complex projects, process improvement initiatives and more!

Deputy Payroll Manager – Responsibilities:  

Strategically lead, motivate and manage a payroll team
Manage all operational activities, ensuring timely, accurate payments and compliance.
Provide leadership support to strategic projects, including supporting a system implementation
Manage multiple pension schemes and associated enquiries and providers.
Sound working knowledge of managing a fast-moving, monthly & weekly payroll.
Ensuring service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships and an accurate payroll function.
Ensuring Payroll Compliance.
