Customer Service Advisor – Personal Banking team

£12.32 per hour + Excellent Benefits

Part Time 21 Hours, 10% uplift 8pm till 9pm and 25% uplift 9pm till 10.30pm

£12.32 per hour – £22,422.00 per Anum – Plus unsociable hours uplift 10% uplift 8pm till 9pm and 25% uplift 9pm till 10.30pm
33 days holiday each year.
4 days over 7, Tuesday – Friday – Shift pattern:- Tues, Weds, Thursday 5.30pm – 10.30pm Friday 4.30pm – 10.30pm
21 hours per week
Office based until accredited up to 6 months
Training Monday to Friday 5pm to 10pm = 25 hours – 4 weeksKey Responsibilities:

Telephony and IT skills
You will enjoy plenty of variety as you manage incoming calls relating to personal banking general enquiriesWhatever your background, if you are Customer focused and self-motivated this is an excellent opportunity for you to join their Personal Banking Team.

With a first-class training programme all you will need are first class customer service skills, be comfortable with different computer systems and enjoy a busy environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.

Please note that this position will involve completing online assessments and will require pre-employment screening including a credit check and two year's referencing.
