Job Description
Customer Service
Sunderland – Hybrid

Initially 6 months, potential to go perm
Very competitive Salary
£13 per hour
Training: 8 weeks – office based
Shifts between 7am – 11pm
35 hours per week
weekly pay!

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offering end to end service for customers
* Dealing with complex amendments and queries
* Completing payments for customers
* Maintaining relationships through excellent communication both written and verbal
* Providing a world class service to business customers and building relationships
* Taking ownership of workload and working towards SLA's
* Identifying risks, and escalating where necessary

Person Specification:
* Able to manage time sensitive tasks
* Excellent time management
* Strong PC Skills including Microsoft
* Experience working in a pressurised environment
* Ability to manage your own workload with accountability
