What Will You Be Doing?

– Respond to inbound telephone calls from customers and their representatives.
– Perform ID & Verification checks in line with GDPR regulations & internal procedures.
– Develop and demonstrate expert knowledge of the products & procedures.
– Escalate queries and complaints to relevant teams.
– Use internal systems to effectively respond to queries.
– Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Who Are We Looking For?

You'll be an ideal candidate if you:

– Demonstrate strong Communication Skills
– Are Customer-Focused and have a desire to Resolve Queries
– Like to Solve Problems
– Have great Attention to Detail
– Are able to learn Complex Information and relay this to Customers
– Have Customer Service/Call Centre experience
– Have worked in a Financial Services role (preferred)
– Are able to proficiently use the Microsoft Office package, including Word and Outlook
