The purpose of the role is effectively deal with customer queries and find individual solutions for each customer. You'll be a great fit if you're Empathetic and Resilient.
What Will You Be Doing?
– Handle Customer Interactions via inbound and outbound telephone calls, email and live-chat. Training will be provided!
– Actively listen to customers, and respond to them in an empathetic manner.
– Understand customers' personal situations and effectively provide tailored solutions.
– Develop and agree repayment plans, which are bespoke to each customer.
– Direct customers to free debt advice, when they are in difficult positions.
– Negotiate with customers who have the ability to pay, but choose not to.
Who Are We Looking For?
You'll be an ideal candidate if you:
– Have experience working in call centre, retail, hospitality or customer service/sales environments
– Are friendly and able to be empathetic to customers
– Like to solve problems
– Demonstrate great Communication Skills
– Want to make a difference
