Customer Service Advisor – Fraud Department

Deliver world-class customer service for a leading global bank.

£11.42 per hour + uplift for unsociable working hours, 10% 8pm till 9pm,

Temporary to permanent opportunity

Long term/ongoing temporary contracts leading to permanent opportunities.

£11.42 per hour – £20,784.00 per Annum
33 days holiday each year.
4 days over 7, Monday – Sunday, various shifts available: -Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday times Between 10am and 9pm

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday times Between 11am and 9pm

35 hours per week
Office/Home working once fully accreditedKey Responsibilities:

Telephony and IT skills
You will enjoy plenty of variety as you manage incoming calls relating to retail and online payment disputes, Whatever your background, if you are Customer focused and self-motivated this is a excellent opportunity for you to join our cleints Fraud Team.

With a first-class training programme all you will need are first class customer service skills, be comfortable with different computer systems and enjoy a busy environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.

Please note that this position will involve completing online assessments and will require pre-employment screening including a credit check and two year's referencing.
