Job Description
Position: Customer Service Advisors
Location: Preston, PR2 2DZ with the options to work remotely a few days per week
Salary: £9.96ph
Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week – Sunday to Saturday between 8am-8pm and rotas will be issued in advance
Hours Pattern: Any 5 or 4 out of 7 days (includes weekends)
Type: Temporary to permanent
Must be fully flexible

We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work on a temporary to permanent basis for a reputable banking company.

You will be offered the option of splitting your working week onsite and working remotely once training is complete.

The role:

Working within the banking sector, you will be taking calls from customers relating to telephone banking queries and supporting query resolution to banking transitions, balance information, requests for statements and direct debits.

Key Information:
* You will need to be fully flexible to work between operational hours of 8am to 8pm (training hours may be different to your shift hours) over a seven day period
* Full training will be provided

Key responsibilities:
* Ensure all calls are handled with a fist line resolution
* Ensuring high level of customer care and attention to detail at all times
* Follow company security procedures

This assignment is offered on a temporary basis through Blue Arrow with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
