We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues for a Full-Time position (35 hours) with a starting Salary Package of £22,303, this is made up of a base salary £20,603, up to £1,200 discretionary performance related bonus opportunity, plus £500 flexible benefits allowance. This also offers the attractive option of Hybrid working, combining both remote and office based work in Sheffield.

Delivering an outstanding service to our customers on every call and helping as many customers as you can.
Assisting customers find the right financial solutions for their needs to help their financial wellbeing example repayment arrangements
Helping to keep our customers and the bank safe
Solving problems and escalating issues when necessary
Sharing best practice with colleagues, utilising our internal procedures – I Exchange and Communities to share opportunities to improve, and escalating where barriers need to be removed
Delivering on customer requests, following our processes to safely complete key updates

What else you need to know.
The working hours are currently between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturdays, you will work on rotation, 5 days across Mon to Sat.
This is a hybrid working Customer Service Adviser role within our Financial Support Centre of Excellence. When in the office, you'll be working close to the busy shopping centre of Meadowhall, with lots of local eateries in surrounding areas. We also have car parking facilities which are on a first come first served basis.
