Customer Service Advisor Job in OL3, New Delph, Borough of Oldham

Job Description
JOB PURPOSE

Due to the growth and development within our team we are looking for a customer service driven, enthusiastic and motivated employee. Responsible for Customer Service Advice, you will be analytical and possess strong problem-solving abilities, whilst being able to think ‘out of the box.’ You will ensure client retention and service excellence, whilst building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

JOB TYPES

* Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

* Data capture

* Updating the claims system

* Responding to email correspondence

* Inbound call assistance

* Liaising with clients, customers, insurance companies and network contractors to ensure claims progress efficiently and that all interested parties receive regular updates

Technical Training will be provided

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL

* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

* Customer service (1 year preferred)

* Support to achieve CII qualifications

* Customer service driven

* Motivated to achieve results

* Ability to work in fast paced environment against deadlines

* Excellent Communication skill (verbal and written)

* Strong relationship skills

* Good IT skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
