Job Description
Julie Rose Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their client in Bromley within the travel department. This role could be a good opportunity for a college or university leaver, or someone with customer service experience who is happy talking on the phone. Full training will be provided if required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking calls from new and existing clients in the travel department, assessing their needs and dealing accordingly.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
Ensuring customer cover commences at the correct time and premiums are collected
Dealing with alterations to existing policies, ensuring insurers are notified
Collecting payment for any adjustments to policies and liaising with the finance provider
Processing policy renewals
Checking all client documentation thoroughly
Managing own diary, following up with clients when necessary
Assist customers with enquiries relating to claims
Treasury sanction searches and adhering to money laundering legislation
Any ad hoc duties as required
Person Specification for the Customer Service Administrator:
Minimum A Level education or above
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Responsible attitude to handling sensitive information
