Customer service & Administration Assistant Job in Norwich

Job Description
My client based to the west of Norwich are currently looking to recruit a Customer service and administration assistant to join their team on a permanent basis, the successful Customer service and administration assistant would ideally come from a similar position or have previous experience within a similar role.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Dealing with all customers by phone or email, checking all incoming emails, replying and acting on any relevant Customer requirements.

• Processing orders/ Chasing orders

• Liaising directedly with the transport companies to arrange deliveries

• Working directly alongside the financial director

• Helping with any invoice queries

• Credit control

• Helping with stock checks

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Customer service and administrator role, be competent in Microsoft Excel, have excellent customer service skills and be an all round good team player
