£25,000 PA + Benefits

As a Credit Controller you will join a well-established, friendly team with the option of working 3 days from home and as much in the office as suits you. You will receive full training and support to learn new systems and processes to succeed. The role is initially based on a 12-month FTC but with the potential to go permanent thereafter for the right candidate!

Duties will involve

Collecting debts on behalf of the law firm via email, telephone, and written letter
Escalating issues when required to the Credit Control Manager
Organising meetings with lawyers to review debts both in person and via MS Teams
Undertaking identity verification checks in line with money laundering regulations
Process and raise bills in a timely and accurate manner
Update the company database and Excel spreadsheetsSkills and experience required

Previous experience in a similar Credit Control or Debt Collection role essential
Great written and verbal communication skills
A tenacious and can-do attitude
