Job Description
Our client is a friendly family run property management business focusing on managing residential properties for over three decades and today their portfolio includes everything from rural conversions and listed buildings to contemporary city centre developments.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
* Managing a portfolio of accounts by ensuring that all customers are meeting their obligations to pay ground rent and service charges.
* Issuing new demands for payment
* Following prescribed debt collection process
* Resolve any customer queries or disputes
* General administrative duties
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience within credit control is essential.
* Experience in a Customer Service / Troubleshooting role advantageous
