Job Description
Credit Controller

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our client based in Bracknell on an initial temporary basis with the role likely to become permanent.

The successful Credit Controller will be responsible for:

Achieving overdue recovery targets
Managing timely collection activities – Telephone, Letter & Email
Managing stopped accounts up to litigation
Account query management
Reconciliation and resolution of complex accounts
Communication and strong relationships with the sales force and leasing/credit partners
Maintaining constant up-to-date CRM information

The Credit Controller will have:

Written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills
Negotiation techniques
Knowledge of CRM management
Knowledge and management of financial solutions
Financial and economic skills and expertise
Long-term customer relationship management skills
Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionality
