Job Description
Position: Credit Controller/ Administrator
Salary: Up to £22,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
Working hours: (Apply online only) Monday to Friday

The company and group:
Our client is an emerging and fast-growing technology led waste management broker who offer cost and time saving solutions for customers who predominantly, but not exclusively operates within the civil engineering, construction, commercial and energy sectors.
Summary:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Credit Controller will be responsible for collecting and reconciling credit notes and invoices owed to the company. The successful candidate will be managing customer accounts, ensuring that new customers have healthy credit and that existing customers settle monthly accounts in a timely manner.
Duties will include:
* Efficiently processing supplier and customer invoices
* Handle all day to day accounts or client information related queries
* Ensure clients and supplier credit checks are performed
* Chase debt and work proactively to ensure payments are made on time
* Support the management team with providing accurate finance related reports and ledgers
The successful candidate will:
* Minimum of 1 year in a similar role supporting a finance related business function.
* Be comfortable with numbers and working with large sums of money
* Have a professional phone manner
* Be able to confidently provide client support when required
* Be confident in dealing with suppliers/customers, chasing debt and managing payments
* Be highly organised and have the ability to work well under pressure at times
* Have excellent verbal, written communication skills and have an eye for detail
* Possess excellent people skills working in team or in standalone situations
* Have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Outlook
