Job Description
Location: Moulton Park, Northampton
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £33,443 per annum

The search is on for an inspiring and driven Credit Control Manager to join our awesome client based in Moulton Park, as they continue their mission to provide outstanding service and affordable lending to their credit union members.

Often working with members in financial difficulty, you’ll use your experience and natural empathy skills to lead and upskill your team members to ensure member payments are processed fairly, securely and promptly, with a focus on delivering a highly supportive and exceptional customer experience.

You’ll be a proven credit control professional, with experience of leading and developing a team, delivering to targets and will be fully up to speed with FCA regulations and information security processes. You’ll have significant experience handling County Court Judgements and enforcements and be fully confident creating financial reports and handling data.
