Credit Control Assistant

£11-£12 per hour

Our client is seeking a Credit Control Assistant to support their busy Finance Department at the Head Office based in Stockport. This is a great opportunity to join a forever growing non-for-profit charity.

Credit Control Assistant job includes;

* Daily management of an assigned group of customer accounts

* Raising sales ledger adjustment documents to correct errors on customers’ accounts

* Ensure all customer records are up to date and queries recorded

* Support staff at all levels to resolve queries

* Ensuring customers receive appropriate letters

* To ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act at all times in respect of debtor accounts.

Credit Control Assistant skills include;

* You will have previously worked within a similar role

* The ability to prioritize your workload

* Experience of Sage 200

* Experience of managing sales ledger accounts/ resolving credit control queries

* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

* Strong MS Office skills

This role will be starting on a temporary basis for 6 weeks, with the right candidate having the potential to go permanent.
