Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be working in partnership with an award winning Accountancy Practice based in Kent. We are seeking a Corporate Finance Senior Manager to join this Practice where they have a people focused culture and encourage career progression within the company.

As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will take the lead on dealing with a wide variety of clients from various sectors, and you will be providing advice to business owners thereby act as a trusted business adviser. You will work closely with Partners and Directors from different areas of the business (Tax, Corporate Finance, Audit and Accounting) delivering a range of tax work.

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tax advisory, structuring, project based and transaction work. There will also be involvement in business development initiatives to generate new business.

The successful candidate will be able to analyse complex business situations to identify key issues and advise appropriately using their technical knowledge.

Key Requirements:-

ACA/CTA or equivalent qualified.

Excellent knowledge and experience in a Corporate Tax advisory role.

Proven track record or mentoring and developing teams.

Good customer service skills.

Able to develop new business with existing clients as well as with new clients.

Flexible working if offered.

Salary:

£65k to £85k DOE
