Role: Compliance Manager (NEBOSH or ISOH)
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Manager to join an established Energy Consultancy in Surrey. You will be required to support the delivery of services to their customers, whilst working on compliance with legislation. This role will appeal to someone who enjoys variety as the role will interface across the whole Group. Key responsibilities:
Own the ISO accreditations, ensuring the correct processes are in place
Develop and implement a rolling internal audit regime to check adherence to processes
Identify, report and document errors and risks
Apply for and maintain other accreditations and association membership e.g., CHAS
Communicate updates on legislation and how they affect products and processes
Ensuring compliance with the required legislation i.e., GDPR
Understand business risk to ensure the right insurance policies are in place
Manage the electronic storage of all compliance information
Promote Health & Safety – staff training and ensuring compliance with H&S requirements
Managing data subject rights requests and complaints.
Skills and experience required:
NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
Driver’s licence
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent report and policy writing skills
