Complaints Handler

£15.00 per hour + Excellent Benefits – temp contract (6 months)

Are you a motivated customer service complaints handler if so this is the role for you?

Do you have experience in complaints handling? Your role will involve admin work on complaints submitted and taking direct calls from customers to resolve any issues at hand. it is more important that you can demonstrate previous experience of compliant handling and engaging with people.Financial Conduct Authority knowledge desirable, Excellent IT/Technology skills are essential, as well as an innovative mind set with a proactive approach to problem solving. A natural flair and a genuine desire to help customers are also essential to succeed in this role.

Whatever your background, if you are Customer focused and self-motivated this could be an excellent opportunity for you to join a major high street bank in our Complaints Handling team.

With a first-class training programme all you will need are first class customer service skills, be comfortable with different computer systems and enjoy a fast-paced environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.

Office and Remote working, candidates will work x1 week in the office and then x 3 weeks remote per 4 week rota.

£15.00 per hour

33 days holiday each year

Full-time – 35 hours per week over 5 days

Shifts – Monday-Friday Various Shifts between 8-6pm (Candidates are required to work x1 full week in every 4 weeks of 10am-6pm shift)

Training will be a mix of in office and remote.

Please note that this position will involve completing face to face competency interview plus online assessments and will require pre-employment screening including a credit check and two year's referencing.
