Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a powerful broking group that has a deserved reputation for offering a first-class service and provides a great place to work for those who wish to progress their career.

They are now looking for 2 people to join them as Commercial Account Handlers in their Swansea office.
They are a major player across a large amount of commercial insurance markets and have big plans to continue their impressive growth, under the leadership of a very passionate and knowledgeable Head of Region, so this is an excellent time to be joining this part of the business.
In this role you be responsible looking after a portfolio of Commercial SME clients, handling new business quotes, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
They are looking for someone more experience for one role, where you will need 18 months plus commercial broking experience (ideally SME focused) with a salary on offer for this role of £24-30k. They are also happy to look at people with less experience for their second role and would consider those with insurance experience gained at an insurer in a contact centre who has dealt with commercial or personal lines. Salary on this one would be £20-24k
You will also need to be highly professional with a confident demeanour, as well as being extremely driven and highly ambitious.
On top of the basic salary, you can also expect a decent annual bonus based on the region’s performance (usually £(Apply online only)) and an extensive range of company benefits which includes 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension, Income Protection Insurance, Life Assurance and an impressive list of employee flexible benefits.
Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, and this company currently operate hybrid working where they do 2 days on and 3 days out of the office and then 3 in and 2 out the week after, and so on!
