Job Description
Cedar are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a Private Equity firm based in Central London on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will ideally have previous experience working within the AP function of an international firm, keen to expand on your experience working within a fast paced business at the forefront of its field.

Duties

Process UK and international invoices
Update procedures for key AP tasks
Process staff expenses through Concur
Reconcile supplier statements for aged invoices
Send out debtor statements and chase overdue balances
Corporate credit card management
Work with stakeholder across the business to implement best practice within AP
Maintain and update process documentation

Skills and Experience

MUST have proven experience in accounts payable working for an international institution
MUST have previous SAP Concur invoice and expense experience
Ability to influence stakeholders
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Experience of Sun Systems – highly advantageous
Excellent organisational skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure
