Job Description
We are recruiting for Collections Advisors to join one of the fastest growing financial services organisations located in the heart of Manchester City Centre. You will receive a basic salary of £23,000 – £30,000 (D.O.E) with a 10% annual bonus, along with free breakfast, company events, genuine career progression, plus much more.

The package for the Collection Advisor role:

Salary between £23,000 – £30,000 DOE

Recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department/function
Showing empathy to vulnerable customers
Setting up repayment arrangements
General administration duties
Adhering to the rules and guidelines as set out by the company and its regulators
Adhere to KPI's set by the businessSkills for the Collections Advisor:

We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in Collections (Late or Early Arrears) as a Collections Agent, Collections Advisor, or similar.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to empathise with people
