Job Description
Job Title: Collections Agent
Job Location: Manchester City Centre
Job Salary: £26,000 – £30,000, OTE £33,000
Job Hours: Monday – Friday. Shifts between 8am and 7pm (35 hrs per week). Hybrid working available!!
The package for the position of Collections Agent is:
Up to £30,000 per annum plus bonus scheme

Your day to day responsibilities as a Collections Agent will include:
* Making inbound and outbound calls collecting payments and arrears
* Acting as a first point of contact for the our valued customers
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* General administration duties
For the position of Collections Advisor we are looking for the following experience:
* Previous experience in Collections
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for customer service
* A polite and professional telephone manor
