Our client is a fast-growing, highly visible, and well-respected commercial finance company. Through their embedded financing platform for e-commerce companies, tech companies and payment service providers, they enable partners to offer branded flexible financing solutions. Due to phenomenal growth, they now have an exciting opening in London for a Collections Advisor.
  
As a Collections Advisor, you can expect:

Company events and socials As a London-based Collections Advisor, you will:  

Work within a “best-in-class” Collections Team
Chase overdue debts by telephone, email, and chat
Liaise with clients and legal advisors
Develop key client relationships
Understand regulatory obligations and follow best practice
Produce client reports
Receive full and ongoing training The ideal Collections Advisor will possess the following skills, experience and traits: 

Previous experience gained a commercial collections environment
An understanding of UK credit law
Excellent communication skills
The ability to liaise at every level of the business community
Attention to detail
