Client Support Specialist
Location: Wimborne, Dorset
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience
Position: Full Time

The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work within our friendly client support team, assisting our clients and financial advisers. You will be providing an excellent customer service ensuring you complete tasks in a compliant, timely and efficient manner.
You will deal with a wide variety of administrative tasks including the following areas:

* Processing business and writing basic suitability letters
* Booking and preparing for client reviews and meetings
* Managing and maximising business opportunities
* Dealing with client/adviser queries and administrative requests
* Updating and maintaining accurate client records
* Maintaining the practice compliance requirements.
The Person:
Knowledge and Experience
*
* Financial services administration preferred although full training will be given
* Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems would be advantageous but not essential
* Exceptional organisational and client focused skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Flexible & professional approach to work
* Good level of IT and numeracy skills
* Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and polite at all times
* Committed to continuous technical and professional development, ensuring that knowledge and skills remain current.
