Job Description
Client Liaison Associate
** Hybrid role, 2 days wfh, 3 in the office ** £28,000 – £30,000 ** Pension
Our client has a growing network of offices across the UK as well as offices in New York and Johannesburg and are seeking a Client Liaison Associate to join their office in East Malling.
Client Liaison Associate duties:
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures
Ensure timely execution of client instructions, cheques, contract notes and policy documents
Refer all client complaints and concerns promptly to your manager
Ensure shared working area is kept up to date and all client documents
Obtain illustrations and supporting documents as required by paraplanners to produce client reports
Complete PIF’s and other internal forms to add requests to the review and Paraplanning workflow
Produce reports/letters for top ups to existing client portfolios along with transactions
Action client requests for withdrawals or amendments to their portfolios
Action client death claims in line with company procedures
Ensure that work items are closed correctly on the CRM once the work has been carried out
Personal support to the adviser, monitor their diaries and prepare meeting packs
Act as a point of contact for the client in the adviser’s absence and deal with client queries
Book client meetings including annual review meetings
Carry out all pre submission checks for compliance and documents
Submit New Business cases, fund switches, surrender and transactions
Client Liaison Associate requirements:
Experience working within financial services
Strong client service skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
XPLAN experience is ideal but not essential
