Our clients are a well renowned independant,family run insurance company based in Cirencester. The company is very social able and invests in their staff through a professional and cultural standpoint, regularly involving the team in work events and activities to help build relationships. They offer Specialist Insurance for High Value Homes, Contents, Landlords and Businesses, tailored to the needs of clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual that is looking to work closely with customers and build relationships whilst handling generating revenue and developing profitability of the business. The company offers a training programme where you will be trained on all aspects of insurance.
This job opportunity is a Client Account Handler. The role is broad, including ensuring a quality service is provided to all clients, aiming to get the most account retention and growth, through excellent account management, support and service provided to customers.
This particular job role is flexible, Monday and Friday are working from home and Tuesday to Thursday at the company site. They are looking for a full time, permanent role to fill.
Duties and responsibilities include:

Ensuring accuracy, efficiency and professionalism is present and always provided to clients and insurers
*
Dealing with claims, queries and complaints
*
Attending meetings and going out to client houses
*
Advising clients on existing products following their needs and requirements
*
Ensuring severe debt queries are dealt with efficiently and in line with company procedures
*
Ensuring all business activity fully follows company regulations and guidelines
*
Handling complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
*
Achieving and supporting a high level of customer service with all clients and developing relationships with all clients
*
Actively securing new businesses by approaching the panel of insurers to ensure the client is presented with the most suitable cover
*
Organise, plan and analyse information
*
Work to reach targets and meet deadlines
The Required Skill:
*
Ideally experience in insurance industry but Insurance background is not essential, it will suit someone who is interested in getting into the sector.
*
Knowledge on Account Handling
*
Experience in providing solid customer service focus with outstanding communication and social skills.
*
Excellent at working as a team
