Job Description
A service organisation based in Cirencester is currently recruiting a Finance Manager to join their team.

Duties will include:
* Responsibility for the accounting function, overseeing and monitoring a team
* Assisting in the annual business plan
* Reviewing the function and process of the department with a view to developing and improving them
* Financial modelling
* Business partnering with non-finance teams and provide relevant data
* Execute accurate reporting enabling the analysis of options and make financial recommendations
* Assist with annual audit and year end accounting
* Deputise for Head of Finance when required
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and have previous supervisory experience. Strong excel skills are essential as well as the ability to analyse and improve processes
