Client Account Manager

£21,500 + Bonus scheme

Permanent Position

Nantwich

Monday to Friday  

We are looking for a bright, organised and professional individual to join a well-established client based in Nantwich. This is a great opportunity for a someone who is looking for an office based role to grow and develop within the financial services industry. You will be the first point of contact for clients throughout the buying process of properties, through excellent and thorough training you will guide, advise and provide administration support to ensure a smooth process from initial consultation to completion. Liaising both internally and externally this is a role in which you will build great rapport and become an integral part in making sure communication is clear and accurate, allowing for excellent customer service standards. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to launch into a corporate career and the support is excellent. 

Key duties:

Responding to telephone and email enquires
Diary management
Responsible for the maintenance of client files ensuring they are fully compliant
Receiving mortgage applications from advisers
Liaising with product providers, mortgage lenders, solicitors and estate agents to progress applications
Checking and issuing insurance policy documents
Compiling invoices
Regularly updating clients with progress of applications
Assisting with producing financial reports and letters
Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising outgoing post
Ordering maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
No previous experience within the industry is necessary for this role however you will need a history which demonstrates core skills such as:

Good written and oral communication skills

Self-motivated
A team player and excellent attention to detail

Analytical skills
Hours-Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.15pm
